SPERT® Scheduler: An Introduction to Monte Carlo simulation
In this video, I introduce one of the new, free web apps (SPERT Scheduler) that I'm creating to help project practitioners around the world. In this video, I show some foundational features to creatring a very simple, linear, activity-based schedule. SPERT Scheduler uses a Monte Carlo simulation engine to execute your schedule 1000s of times to determine a right-sized schedule buffer for project scheduling success. This is the first of many new videos I am creating that showcase the new Statistical PERT® Suite of web apps.
