Raspberry Pi cooling has never been easier!
The video shows how to mount Raspberry Pi 4 B into an all-aluminum casing that acts as a large and a very efficient cooler. The casing only gets warm when Raspberry Pi runs at 100% CPU load. A specially made all-aluminum casing is required for every Raspberry Pi version and model.
Raspberry Pi 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 can run at maximum power in an all-aluminum casing with large enough cooling surface. No moving parts means not only a completely silent operation, which is perfect for watching movies, video and TV, but also lowers probability of Raspberry Pi breakdown to almost zero.
Many small ventilators break or start to work inefficiently after a few years of intensive use due to worn out bearings. This significantly impairs Raspberry Pi's operation, and may also shorten its life.
I also have a ventilator cooled Raspberry Pi, but in a little more than a year of about two hours daily use, it has already got noisy.
The only real drawback of using an all-aluminum or an all-copper casing is impaired Wi-Fi/Bluetooth communication, but you can avoid it with an external USB Wi-Fi/Bluetooth communication adapter.
