Profibus Terminator On and Off Switch Briefing
This clip discuss about the use and effect of terminator in Profibus signal loop. We need about two terminators in Profibus fieldbus loop with both located at the farthest end. If the terminator is accidentally switched to "ON" position, it will cut down the communication at tyhe downstream side of the rest of the instruments. This slide shows the the actual real life troubleshooting that happened in my plant.
This channel shares a series of hands-on, simulated as well as conceptual knowledge videos about Instrumentation calibration and troubleshooting based on my actual working experience as an ordinary technician.
