Join a Zoom Meeting Straight From Calendly scheduler
When people book a time with you in Calendly, you can make it easy for them to go straight to Zoom.
Adding the Zoom link in your Calendly event can save them looking contacting you to ask: "how do you want to meet?"
When they get to your Calendly scheduling page, they can book a time to meet you, and the Zoom meeting link can appear in their calendar.
When the Zoom meeting time comes around, they just click straight from their calendar to join the call. Very easy.
Setting this up in Calendly and Zoom is very fast, but you will need admin permissions for both.
