I am a new AWS user currently exploring services and completing AWS Free Tier tasks. I am trying to use Amazon Bedrock Playground to run a foundation model, but I am encountering the following error:
"ValidationException: Operation not allowed"
This issue occurs when attempting to run models such as DeepSeek and Anthropic Claude. Additionally, I am unable to submit use case details for Anthropic, as I receive an authorization error.
My account appears to still be under verification, and some services like CloudShell are also not functioning. I believe this may be preventing Bedrock access.
I would like to request:
1. Enablement of Amazon Bedrock model access for my account
2. Permission to submit use case details for Anthropic models
3. Confirmation that my account verification is complete
My goal is to use Bedrock for learning and development purposes, specifically to build an AI-powered assistant for productivity and workflow automation.
I have already completed other AWS tasks (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS), and Bedrock is the final remaining task.
