Pan-Baked Cookies. Recipe in the description.
SAUCE-PAN COOKIES 🍪
Ingredients:
◽️Flour - 270 g (2 cups 200 ml)
◽️Sour cream - 100 g
◽️Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp (45 ml)
◽️Egg - 1 pc
◽️Sugar - 80 g
◽️Baking powder - 1 tsp
Method:
🔻In a deep bowl, combine the sour cream, sugar, and egg and whisk.
🔻Add the vegetable oil, then about half the flour and the baking powder and whisk.
🔻Then, gradually sift in the remaining flour, knead the dough by hand. The dough will be soft, but not sticky.
🔻You can roll out the dough and press out any cookie shapes you like, or divide it into several pieces, roll them into sausages, cut them, roll them into balls, and then lightly flatten the balls with a meat mallet or a fork.
🔻Heat a dry frying pan without oil thoroughly and place the cookies in it. 🔻Bake on both sides over low heat, covered.
