In this vlog, we are basing ourselves in Sasebo but venturing out to the neighboring countryside to see some of the most spectacular (and confusingly named) spots in Japan.
First, we visit Mifuneyama Rakuen, a garden so massive and beautiful it feels like walking into a fantasy movie set. Then, we investigate a place called "China on the Park"—why is it called that? Is it actually China? We go inside to find out (Spoiler: It involves some serious history and art!).
Finally, we head back to the streets of Sasebo to explore the harbor city vibes and grab a much-needed lunch.
If you are looking for a side of Japan that isn't just Tokyo or Osaka, this is the video for you!
