Its easy to build using Microsoft Expression Blend. Just follow the Video step by step and you know how easy that is.
keyboard shortcut using on this tutorial :
Ctrl + C to copy
Ctrl + V to Paste
F11 to open/change view of XAML Viewer/Script Editor

Replace all words "Easing......" with "Spline........" using "Edit-Replace..." (first you need to open XAML Viewer)
