The strongest blow to Poltava: dozens killed, hundreds injured
The Russian army launched a missile attack on the Institute of Communications in Poltava. At least 41 people were killed and more than 180 were injured. Z-bloggers claim that the attack occurred during the formation. There may still be people under the rubble.
