Our presentation includes three of his matches: the 2020 YOG Semi-Final vs Finland, the 2020 YOG Gold-Medal Match vs USA, and SKA-1946's 2020-21 MHL season opener against JHC Dynamo SPB on September 5, 2020. The MHL is Russia's top junior league and serves as an affiliate league of the KHL.
Michkov will be eligible for the 2023 NHL Entry Draft, and some believe he can challenge Canadian phenom Connor Bedard for the title of first-overall pick in that year's draft class.
