A Simple, Amazing Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
200g butter (82% fat content) or 83% (extra butter)
300g dark chocolate with 70% cocoa solids
6 large 1L eggs at room temperature – yolks and whites separated
100g sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract can be replaced with vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon instant coffee
3 drops cream flavoring (optional)
Additionally:
250ml chilled 36% heavy cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon cream fixer (optional)
1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract can be replaced with vanilla sugar
raspberries for garnish
candied rose (can be omitted)
