Soft and Fluffy Banana Chocolate Bread Recipe
Hi everyone, this time I'm making chocolate banana bread. This recipe is also my go-to recipe, but I substituted chocolate spread for chocolate spread because it stays melted even after it cools. Good luck!
Chocolate Banana Bread:
300g high-quality flour
50g granulated sugar
4g instant yeast
2 egg yolks + cold water, total 200g
1 tsp SP
40g margarine
Pinch of salt
1 bunch of ripe plantains
Chocolate sprinkles / chocolate spread / DCC
