Build an Arduino Radar for kids
In this video, I'll show you how to build an awesome DIY ultrasonic radar! We'll use an Arduino and a sensor to detect objects in real-time and display them on a cool, retro-style radar screen running on a PC
The Brain: An Arduino board controls the servo motor and reads data from the sensor.
The Eyes: An HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor sends out sound waves and listens for the echo to calculate distance.
The Movement: A servo motor sweeps the sensor back and forth.
The Display: A Processing sketch running on the computer receives the angle and distance data from the Arduino and draws the interactive radar display.
