The game does run in 32:9 but the fov is way to zoomed to fix this issue follow steps below
Go to the directory Local Disk where Palworld Save Files is on your PC you can find it at - Users\AppData\Local\Pal\Saved\Config\WinGDK.
Open the Engine.ini file in a text editor - At the bottom of the file, add the following
[/script/engine.localplayer]
AspectRatioAxisConstraint=AspectRatio_MaintainYFOV
Save then play the game - In game setting set fov 90 or what you prefer
Please be aware that modifying game files may violate the terms of service or end-user license agreement of the game i have not played online yet just in case.
