Stretching the Piriformis & Sciatica from a Chair

Sometimes sitting at the office, to long of a commute & driving becomes painful. This is a good way to stretch from any chair from work to home or from your couch.
Make sure to come forward to the edge of the chair where the leg meets the booty & when you cross your leg make sure the bottom knew is directly over the ankle. Keep both feet flexed & hinge over do t round the spine, lengthen out. Stay as long as you can breathe full & completely & enjoy!
