Vassendgutane is a Norwegian band from the village of Åmdalen in Ørsta, which plays its own variant of country which they themselves call "party-country" . Vassendgutane has made great success as a concert band around Norway with its unpretentious and humorous twist on country music. The band consists of seven members and was started in 1996
