Phew - this image from one of Irelands hundreds of castles was interesting to process. So here is what I did:

Change colours
I had to do this many times, but just skip to 1:00 min for an example. You can select which colours to change by creating a Hue/Saturation layer, followed by upping the Saturation and Hue for one colour channel. This will make stuff crazy, but whatever looks crazy now is the area you are affecting when you change hue. So turn it all down again and change the colour.

Exchange the sky
Changing the sky can be hard sometimes, depending on the image. When choosing a sky to replace, ask yourself: Could this be a sky which could also be present in the image I want to add it? So, does it fit the image? Angle OK? Light OK?
Once done, go back to the image you work on and select the sky. One example how to do this is at 7:40 min. Then hit delete. Put the new sky under the work-image and you should see the new sky on the image. Sounds confusing, because it is! You can then use some adjustment layers to change the sky to your liking (curves, brushes etc.).

Adjust contrast and colours
Then I took some time to adjust the contrast and some more colour changes (11:00 min). For this I used simple contrast adjustment layers as well as the colour changes mentioned above.

Add a radial blur
This is a surreal scene anyway, so why not go further? I added a radial blur which makes the image look a little wonky - loved it (13:00 min)! First copy everything onto a new layer (hit CMD+alt+shift+e to do that) and go to Filter-Blur-Radial Blur. Pick Zoom and whatever amount you like. If the effect is too strong, simply lower the opacity of the layer or create a layer mask (little Japanese flag in the lower right). Then choose the brush (press b) and brush where you want to remove the blur.

Finishing up
More contrast (15:25 min)! Darker! I then added a vignette which made the edges of the image darker. For this, I went to Filter-Camera raw Filter. There select fx and go down to the lower half in that window. Just play around with these sliders and you're good to go!
