Tips: This works better on darker colored pictures, & if you use it on a light picture I would add color corrector & bring down the blacks.
Oh, & this is strictly made for pictures, seriously, if you put it on a fandom your eyes will bleed. but i mean if you find a fandom that works with it, be my guest!
order of effects:
First: Brightness & Contrast
Second: Brightness & Contrast
Third: Levels
Fourth: Color Balance
Fifth: Gradient Colorize
Sixth Compound Blur
Yeah I was too lazy to make the filter stills move up & down...LOL.
