I started Path of Exile 3.21 with @subtractem's Fire Trap Elementalist league starter.
I will give my opinion of the build, the league mechanic in general and whether or not I would recommend the build for you. I dropped most of the gear and have only spent 38 chaos on this build at time of recording.
