SOLVED - Error Code 2168-0002 Nintendo Switch
You can still use the A-LUCK game cartridge card slot host reader as long as you avoid the “Support/Health & Safety” - which will crash your device. Nintendo is aware of cause of the error and will hopefully one day patch it.
Replacing the game card reader with this one for numbered digitizers (without the QR code) will fix the error:

Replacing the game card reader with V2 one for QR code digitizers (it’s on the black ribbon cable connected to the game card reader) will fix the error code.
Incorrectly matching the digitizer and game card reader will result in a wacky touchscreen.
