Improved Borodinsky bread in a bread maker
Borodinsky Bread Recipe (KEHTABP, thank you very much for the recipe posted under the video about the bread price):
Pour 150 ml of boiling water over 2 tablespoons of malt and stir.
1.5 tsp yeast
200 g wheat flour
200 g rye flour
1.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1.5 tbsp honey
3 tbsp sunflower oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pour the juice into the brewed malt and add room temperature water until the total volume reaches 300 ml.
Cook on the rye bread setting.
