Laning is over when your carry either can’t get anything out of the lane (the lane is lost very badly) or when they can farm efficiently without you (either in the lane or in the jungle). There is no set time that this happens; it’s a very relative judgement based on match ups and how the game is going. Sometimes you can leave the lane extremely early (within a few minutes) and other times you might stay in the lane all the way to 15 minutes or more.
