⛏️ Nugget 7: From task mining to action flows
In October 2020, Celonis acquired Integromat, a company renowned for its ability to automate workflows in a low code environment. Their engine drives our Action Flows which allows us to execute our task mining insights without leaving the EMS. Even without task mining, all you need is to think about something you or your client has to do manually. This could be forwarding an email, updating a google sheet, or sending notifications via Slack. Use Action Flows to free up their time from these tasks. When working with a client, these simple solutions can build long-term trust and buy-in.
