Cella, Celeste and Lorenzo brought the food stuff. Cella becomes upset, when she realizes, somebody ate the bread rolls. When Cella turns the topic of the talk to the lost photo of Manuela and Fernando on motorbike, Bernarda appears. Incausti offers Gustavo a job. It is job as messenger, the job as driver is engaged. Aunt Gabriela arrived to Salinas' residence. She feels some disturbances. Cella tells Gabriela, that Manuela saw a ghost. Aunt Gabriela informs Cella, that it is probably human being, not a ghost. Aunt Adelaida talks to Mercedes by phone. Rudy and Elisa arrive and Rudy takes over the phone. He informs Mercedes, that he postponed the travel to Italia. Manuela arrived home and Celeste informs her, that the photo appeared. Celeste brings Manuela with her and shows her the photo and frame damaged at attic. Manuela also spots recent use of paint and accidentaly mucks her hand. When leaving, Bernarda appears at the door to attic. Gustavo returned from sir Incausti, and his father, Juan, asks, what happened. Gustavo with no joy in voice informs his father, he has been given the job. Suddenly, phone rings. It is Mariana, who is really happy to hear, that Gustavo has some occupation again. Manuela tells Fernando about discovering the photo. Fernando doesn't think, that Bernarda has done it. Fernando spots Manuela's hand mucked by the red colour. Screams from first floor brings him and Manuela to the salon. Bernarda is screaming because of damaged Isabel's portrait by red paint. Manuela didn't sleep well because of damaged Isabel's portrait. Fernando doesn't think, that the case with photo and the case with Isabel's portrait has straight relation. It is obvious, that Manuela has some troubles to coexist with Bernarda. Teresa knows quickly, that the portrait was destroyed by Celeste. Teresa is searching for every pretence to get rid of Celeste. In kitchen, Felisa, Cella and Celeste discuss the damaged portrait. Felisa doesn't know, why the portrait is still in house. Bernarda with anger in her voice reminds Felisa, that Isabel is one and only true "lady Salinas". Manuela makes telephone call to Art Wilson, the creator of Isabel's portrait. Manuela wants him to repair and retouch the portrait as soon as possible. Teresa tells aunt Gabriela his wished indirect proofs of Celeste's guilty. Aunt Gabriela informs Teresa, that her deductions are nonsense. If Teresa wants to get rid of Celeste, she has to offer some money to go. Leopoldo will probably cheat Teresa with Celeste sooner or later. Fernando came to the kitchen and wants to know as much as possible from the service, who could damage Isabel's portrait. Every one tells Fernando, that there's no profit for them to damaging the portrait. Lorenzo finishes this talk by suggesting, that if nobody from service did that, it has to be one of the Salinas' family. In the salon, where the portrait is deposited, somebody heavily breathes closes the door leading to another room. Art Wilson arrived and observes, how long and how difficult will be to repair and retouch the portrait. When leaving for the paints, Bernarda appears and demands to collect fingerprints from the portrait before retouching. Mariana's dream of fine living with Gustavo in Buenos Aires is destroyed. Aunt Mercedes feels, that Mariana loves her dream of fine living, and that's something different. Using proper words, Bernarda intrigues against Manuela, and tries to convince Fernando, that probably Manuela damaged the portrait. Fernando reminds himself about Manuela's hand, mucked with red colour. Mercedes discuss with father José Mariana's troubles with Gustavo. Father José is convinced, that Mariana never trully loved Gustavo. Teresa, Leopoldo, Fernando, Manuela and Art are having dinner. Everybody is talking to each other, just Manuela is silent and absent-minded. Art finished his observations how to retouch the portrait and he asks Manuela to pose him for retouching the face of Isabel. Art explains, that he wants to paint Manuela's face, because he finds her more pure. When Art leaves for a while, Manuela approaches the portait and somebody breathes heavily. Manuela screams and runs into Fernando. Manuela tries to explain, that the portrait screamed. Art appears and Manuela leaves. Art wants to talk with Fernando. Bernarda spots running Manuela and asks her, if everything is allright. Than she tells Manuela, she also feels some disturbances. In bedroom, Manuela asks Fernando to fire Bernarda. He can't he has promised Isabel to take care of Bernarda till her death. Cella, Celeste, Felisa and Lorenzo are having dinner as well and talk about the ghosts and weird things happened in Salinas' residence recently. In the middle of the talk, door closes by itself with great noise. Bernarda prepares herself for rest in her bedroom, but person in black habit. Bernarda asks, who is it. The person answers "Your daughter, Isabel. Bernarda is shocked.
