Panning settings:
Lead Vocal: Center
2nd Vocal: 65 - 75 to the left
3rd Vocal: 60 - 70 to the right
Backingvocal 1: 20 - 35 to the left
Backingvocal 2: 30 -45 to the right
Tip:
Make sure you mix to you ear and liking. Don't go exactly by my settings, use them as a template and then tweak to your liking. That is the only way you will get the sound that you are looking for.
