No matter how awful the world is, there's always someone who proves that good always wins. Perhaps he's the first and only chance that fate has dealt you a cruel blow. The young neurosurgeon Eylül, while taking a beating from a group of thugs who stormed the hospital's emergency room, tells us her story, which began years ago. She's a rebellious young woman who has changed schools many times and whose teachers refuse to engage with her. Even when her father picked her up from the last school she'd been expelled from and beat her to death, she didn't shed a single tear. However, that day her whole life would change, and the prayer of her grandmother, who opened her home and runs a small hostel in Marmaris, would bring about a miracle. "I wish you had a good teacher to guide you..." It's unknown why Ali Asaf Denizoğlu came from Istanbul to teach at a rural school when he was a successful doctor. However, he is an extraordinary person who will touch people's lives once and change everything. This ability will save Eylül from the brink of disaster and transform her into a successful surgeon. However, he realizes his special feelings for Eylül too late and lets her go. The two lovers—yes, however much she denies it—Eylül also fell in love with Ali Asaf, and years later they will meet again as two doctors.
This is the story of a young woman who has lost her life, who has nothing but her anger to fuel her to become a surgeon. And at the same time, a man will give her that courage!
