How to Adjust Line Spacing in Outlook Email Messages?
If you're looking for an easy way to adjust the line spacing in Outlook email messages, then this video is for you.
In this tutorial, we'll show you how to quickly and easily change the line spacing in your Outlook emails.
We'll start by opening an existing Outlook email or composing a new one.
Then, we'll navigate to the Format Text tab, located just above the main message body.
From here, you can choose between four different line spacing options, including single, one-and-a-half, double, and custom spacing.
Select the option you'd like to use, and the line spacing will be automatically adjusted.
Next, we'll show you how to customize the line spacing if you'd like to set it to an exact measurement.
To do this, simply select the Custom Spacing option and then enter the desired value in the box that appears.
Once you've made your choice, simply click the Apply button to save your changes.
