Garmin Vivoactive 4 - Venu - 🏌️♀️⛳How To Download Golf Courses And Score A Round
In this video, I'll quickly show you how to download golf course information from Garmin Connect on your smartphone and scoring a round of golf on your Garmin Vivoactive 4 or Venu.
First, using GARMIN CONNECT tap on MORE | GOLF COURSES to either search or select a golf course by distance. Simply tap on the download icon. The next time that the device will sync, the information will on the device. You can manage the list of golf courses you've downloaded from the app and get basic driving information and phone number.
Once back to the Vivoactive 4 or Venu, and at the Golf course, you can press on START and select the GOLF app to start scoring a round. If you don't see the app listed, you can download it from the Connect IQ store.
The next screen will show you the list of golf courses, tap to select a round. From here you can swipe bottom to top to switch between holes and seeing the distance to pin information and hole layout.
By pressing the START button, you can choose from the list of icon to do the main functions:
1. EDIT (pencil) icon to enter your score
2. COMPASS icon to line up your shot to the pin if you are behind trees
3. END icon to end your round.
You can choose to SAVE, DISCARD, PAUSE the round among other options.
