How to fix The Crew 1 PC launching to a minimized taskbar state with only game sound present
This video will show you how to fix The Crew 1 PC booting to a minimised taskbar item where the game window cannot be maximized yet the audio from the game can still be heard. The simplest fix is to ensure that The Crew game is selected so that the music from the game can be heard (either through selecting the taskbar item or through holding the ALT key and repeatedly pressing the TAB key until The Crew program is selected and then releasing) followed by simply holding the ALT key and pressing the ENTER key. This will maximise (restore) your The Crew window to a fullscreen display, allowing you to once again progress into game. If you wish to then return the game to windowed-mode, you can do so through navigating to the game settings, and under VIDEO - SCREEN MODE, selecting WINDOWED.
