• If you are performing a firmware upgrade on an HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen12 server, follow the steps below:
• Download the Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP) from your HPE support account.
• Mount the downloaded ISO file.
• Open the mounted ISO and copy all files to an external USB drive or hard disk.
• Connect the USB drive to the server.
• From the USB drive, run Launch_SUM as Administrator.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the firmware upgrade.
