In this video we walkthrough how to unlock a password protected PDF.
STEPS:
1. Obtain the password for the PDF
2. Upload the PDF to smallpdf.com/unlock-pdf
3. Verify that you're permitted to unlock the PDF and enter the password.
4. Download your unlocked PDF
TIP:
If you're locked out for unlocking too many PDFs in the allowed time frame erase your browser cookies.
