This line is owned by FEC but they leased it to SCFE ( South Central Florida Express ) in some places you can still see the old school No Trespassing Private Property Florida East Coast Railway signs. The registration mark on the hoppers read USSC which is United States Sugar Corporation. This is also near the swing bridge over the Caloosahatchee River The town of Clewiston is about 10 miles SE of here; Moore Haven is just West (on the other side of the river).
