Servings: 16 pieces.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
120 ml vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
150 grams of sugar (2/3 cup)
lemon peel
1 tablespoon lemon juice
200 grams of zucchini
300 grams of flour (1+2/3 cups)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 20 minutes.
This recipe can be made at home with simple ingredients that are readily available in stores. Enjoy!
