How to share either current location or live location in whatsapp using android
In this video today we will see how to share either current location or live location on whatsapp. Current location shows the location when you send it to someone where as Live location gets updated if you change your location.

If you want to share your location on whatsapp application with someone then what you can do open WhatsApp application. Select the person to whom you want to share the location. Tap on this attach icon. Select "location". Now you need to allow whatsapp application to access your location so that it can send your current location. Select continue. Select Allow whatsapp to access this device location. Now there are two options here, one is to send your current location. So, if you want to send your current location then what you can do, select it and then your location will be shared to the other contact. Again let's go to this attach icon. Location and there is another location called Live location. Let me select it. Now continue. Now what happens is when you share your live location then if you move from one place to another place your live location will be shared to the other contact. So, you can choose the duration for sharing your live location either 15 minutes, 1 hour or 8 hours. So, let me select 15 minutes and for this one to work you should have data enabled in your device and then send. Now what happens is this live location will be shared until 15 minutes. Now in case if you want to stop sharing this live location what you can do, you can tap on this option stop sharing and then stop. So, in this way you can either share your current location or your live location in WhatsApp application.
