These are Indian Giant honey bees or wild rock Bees ( Apis dorsata) know for their Savage Nature & Aggression. they were in a Building window. i rescued them , got the Queen & Relocated them in the Forest again..
please dont kill honey bees they are very important but Unfortunately Highly Neglected Species.
