1) draw bunch of strokes
2) add noise modifier
3) increase noise scale
4) turn off randomize
5) animate offset from 1 to 0 or 0 to 1
6) lower opacity of small strokes
7) duplicate object
8) increase thickness a lot
9) add tint modifier, animate change of color
