As requested by our THV friends, this time we're sharing the Addictive Cake Cup or thinwall version, which is quite economical because it uses 1 egg and yields a plentiful yield. This recipe is perfect for a home-based business. The ingredients are economical and the results are delicious and plentiful. Oh my God, eating one box is filling, but it won't make you feel nauseous and want more, LOL. Guaranteed delicious and addictive.

CHOCOLATE CAKE INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENT A [SWEETENER AND EMULSIFIER]
180 to 200 grams or approximately 12 to 13.5 tablespoons granulated sugar, to taste Rp. 2400
1 fresh egg (if the egg is old, add ¼ teaspoon SP, optional) Rp. 1800
INGREDIENT B [FLAVOR, RISE, AND SOFTENER]
1 teaspoon vanilla paste or substitute with ½ teaspoon vanilla powder Rp. 500
¼ teaspoon salt Rp. 300
½ teaspoon baking powder Rp. 500
½ teaspoon baking soda Rp. 500
INGREDIENT C [DRY FLOUR | MIX WELL AND SIFT]
170 grams or about 11 tablespoons of wheat flour Rp. 2,400
30 grams or about 2 tablespoons of cornstarch Rp. 1,000
50 grams or about 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder Rp. 8,500 [I use Bensdorp]
INGREDIENT D [LIQUID INGREDIENT]
300 ml of UHT chocolate milk or full-cream UHT milk, or 2 sachets of sweetened condensed milk chocolate mixed with water to a volume of 300 ml, to taste Rp. 5,800
INGREDIENT E [FAT]
150 ml of cooking oil Rp. 3,000
MOULDS
12 to 13 pieces of 200 ml Thinwall Rp. 600 x 13 pieces = Rp. 7800

GANACHE INGREDIENTS
250g DCC, roughly chopped Rp. 20,000 [I used Collatta 250g]
400ml full-cream UHT milk, or 2 sachets of condensed milk chocolate, mixed with water to a volume of 400ml, to taste Rp. 7800
10g or about 1 tbsp cocoa powder, optional, can be omitted Rp. 850
100g powdered whipping cream Rp. 9900 [I used Maxfood bulk brand, store link below]
10g or about 1 tbsp cornstarch Rp. 400
1 tbsp margarine or butter for gloss Rp. 900 [I used Marmila margarine]

TOTAL COST FOR GANACHE CAKE WITHOUT TOPPING Rp. 80,350
One recipe makes approximately 12 to 13 200 ml thinwall boxes. If you make 70 grams of dough per box, you can make 13 boxes. If you weigh 78 grams of dough per box, this recipe makes 12 boxes. The chocolate ganache weighs approximately 723 grams, making it enough to top 12 to 13 Ketagih Cakes.
IF THIS ONE RECIPE CAN PRODUCE 13 BOXES OF ADDICTIVE CAKE, the initial investment for each box of Ketagih Cake is Rp. 6,180. This is a fairly premium Ketagih Cake because it uses whipped cream powder, full UHT milk, and expensive Colatta chocolate, but it's still plain, without any toppings. Therefore, the ideal selling price for a box of Ketagih Cake without toppings is Rp. 10,000 to Rp. 12,000. If you add toppings, please adjust the price accordingly. Ideally, if you add toppings, the selling price is around Rp. 15,000 to Rp. 18,000.
For an economical version, the UHT milk can be replaced with sweetened condensed milk. For the DCC chocolate, you can use Alfa or Sparrow brands. The cocoa powder can also be replaced with a cheaper brand. Basically, please adjust it based on your initial investment and market share in your region. Thank you.
