The FLIR A655sc thermal imaging camera is an uncooled microbolometer camera designed for scientific applications. It's most commonly used in R&D applications and is popular for troubleshooting and testing electronics. For these applications, the infrared camera is typically mounted in a fixed position - with standard tripod mounts on multiple sides of the camera, you can easily mount it to best suit your needs.
The A655sc features 640x480 infrared resolution and a standard temperature calibration to 650C, with an optional calibration up to 2000C. This thermal imager also comes with a 25-degree standard lens, but other optics are available. Close-up lens options include 100 microns per pixel, 50 microns per pixel, and 25 microns per pixel.
