FL Studio 10 - Making Stems Tracks in 3 steps

Stem tracks are separated channels according to the arrangement of song
For instance Track 1 would be my kicks in the length and structure of my song. Track 2 would be my claps, Track 3 would be etc.
Stem Tracks are typically used for mixing & engineering purposes. In other cases used for relieving the computer of memory and CPU usage so your DAW can playback with out skipping.
