Note: I used the two copies of the customized "Picture In Picture - Upsise Down" preset in the middle of a NewBlue ME Wiggle preset of any kind to improve the direction of the wave to make them go up just like on AVS.
Note 2: It's made first with AVS.

1st: Invert - (Default) or 100% Inversion
2nd: HSL Adjust - Hue 0.275/G-Major 30 & G-Major 729
Add To Hue: 0.275
Sturation: 1.000
Luminance: 1.000
3rd: Mirror - Reflect Right
4th: Swirl - Amount: 0.150
After choosing "Reset To None", let's customize the adjustment below.
Amount: 0.150
5th: Picture-In-Picture - Upside Down
After choosing "(Default)", let's customize the adjustment below.
Scale: 1.000
Angle: 180.000
6th: NewBlue ME Wiggle - Wave
Rate: 50
Strength: 21
Drift: 50
Crop: 0
Edges: Replicate
Orientation: Vertical
7th: Picture-In-Picture - Upside Down
After choosing "(Default)", let's customize the adjustment below.
