mscms.dll is missing (error 0x00000bc4) No printers were found
Go to the
C:\Windows\system32\ directory
and find the file "mscms.dll"
Copy that file to:
C:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\x64\3\
if you are using 64-bit Windows 7
C:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\
if you are using 32-bit Windows
