A simulation to show how curved the Earth's horizon appears at different altitudes. Drag or tilt your device to look around. This version has no atmosphere.

Altitude: The camera's distance from the ground.
Horizon distance: The direct distance from the camera to the horizon.
Distance on surface: The distance from the surface point directly below the camera along the surface to the horizon.
Dip angle: The angle between eye level and the horizon.
Earth visible: The percentage of the Earth visible from this altitude.
