Tomb of the Giants Shortcut + Covetous Silver Serpent Ring

This is just the shortcut I use, there are others that are possibly faster, but I like this one because it hits Patches, Covetous Silver Serpent Ring (the item on the second corpse), and the NPC invasion all in quick succession.
So you can get in then get the hell out.
