In this video of subnautica below zero i will show you where to get all of the items needed to craft synthetic fibers and a great place to find ruby and lithium.
you will need to go to the frozen leviathan first to unlock the synthetic fibres blueprint. which i have a video on how to find the frozen leviathan.
