I have never experienced another pet booster seat, therefore, I wasn't sure what to expect and how there could be negatives to it. And sure enough, I guess other booster seats ubstruct your pet's view or have weird ways of being attached to your seat.
The only negative to this seat, perhaps, is that it requires a head rest, so if you do not have a head rest, then you cannot install it. I think it is wise to install it in your back seat, so that if you get in a wreck and the airbag deploys, your kitty or pup is safe.
If you have a dog or if you want to keep your kitty in the pet booster seat, there is another strap to tie to their collar, so that they are not mobile in the car while it is moving.
The booster seat comes in several different sizes, which are based on the weight of your four-legged friend.
