Performing the song wasn't as difficult as finding sheet music for it.
You might say that the overseas version should be easy, just reuse the instrumental of Densetsu, but I found that the DiC version's melody is modified in a few ways that can't let you 100% reuse the same instrumental as Densetsu. The modifications to the song are most noticeable during "never running from a real fight", "never turn her back on a friend", and the guitar solo before the final chorus being completely original to the DiC version.
If I type in "Sailor Moon theme sheet music" into Google/Musescore/Flat/etc, I'll drown in sheet music for Moonlight Densetsu, but I only found only two sources of sheet music for the DiC version, and both were off key. The one I used just gave up during the section where the song says the names of the other Senshi, so that part I improvised when considering the limitations of the lute.

As an aside note: anybody know of any covers of the song specifically referencing/using the dub lyrics? There's too many English versions of Densetsu for me to count, but next to none for the dub version. The only cover I found was the one from Amalee, whose work is awesome, but her version misses the guitar solo and sadly skips the second chorus.
