Plotting a Standard Curve in Excel
This video will demonstrate how to plot a standard curve in Microsoft Excel. As an example we will use a protein assay. It will also explain how to get the concentrations of unknown samples using the equation of a line for the standard curve. This approach has widespread applications in biochemistry and chemistry.
