100% Aussie Beef Patty
80/20 split
place in a glad bag
flatten to be slightly
larger than sesame bun
slice big chunks
off a large onion
into a bowl ¼ cup of flour
2 Tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp chilli oil
1tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp horseradish cream
1 med egg
mix
Submerge onion chunks
Add a few cracks of black pepper
Deep fry in veggie oil until golden
THEN fry the patty on a griddle pan
Flip and hit with a torch
Add the bacon
Rest the patty with some butter
Melt some butter in the same pan and toast those bread buns
Make The Sauce from 1TBS Heinz Smokey BBQ Sauce
1TBS of Bullseye Whiskey Glaze
Heel
1 TBS of Heinz Whole Egg Mayonnaise
Shredded Lettuce
3 slices of truss tomato
Patty
Smoked bacon
1 Monterey Jack Burger Slice Cheese
Some angry onion chunks
