How to Install Kali Linux Dual Boot with the Latest Windows 10 on Laptops & PCs Using a USB Flash Drive. Complete Guide to Setting Up Dual Boot Kali Linux Windows 10 Without Losing Data!
IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!
If your laptop/PC uses UEFI, when selecting boot via USB at 07:54, you MUST select UEFI. Vice versa.
If you choose the wrong boot option, the Kali Linux installation will not boot and will boot directly into Windows.
If you've already made the wrong choice, you can reinstall it by selecting the appropriate boot option. Pay attention to the partitioning process, as the partitions will already be used during the previous installation, making it somewhat complicated.
The reinstallation process is the same as before, but during the partitioning stage, select Manual (Do not select Guided - use entire disk!) See 09:55 -- Select the one that says ext4, Use as: Ext4 journaling file system, Mount point: / - the root file system, Continue until complete.
