Bloodborne: How To Find Abandoned Old Workshop
The Abandoned Old Workshop (Real Hunter's Dream) is located in the Healing Church Workshop which is accessed through the Cathedral Ward.
*A requirement is that it you must defeat the Blood Starved Beast which is the boss of Old Yharnam.
The jump will take lots of trial and error and a lot of patience due to the long loading times.
